Just like many of you have seen the story about the Michigan father’s daughter who came home with her hair cut from the librarian. I do not care what authority a person has in a school does not give them the right to alter anything personally with a child. Not only do they not have the right, but that is invading privacy. If there is something wrong with a student, it is the school’s job to notify the parents and let them handle it. Schools have turned into something else except what they are intended to be. You send your child to school to learn and to respect the adults. It seems like this is being taken advantage of by so many. If this were a kid who refused and called their parents, the school would get the police involved and make it a lot bigger than it is. The same thing can be done with the school, and he should file a harassment case because his child was harassed and assaulted. How about that. Turn that into something bigger than what it is. How dare you ask this man to take a “sorry” and let it all go away.
These teachers and staff are too young and only want to get a check (most of them). While a person is getting their certificate to become a teacher, a new class needs to be added about harassing students and keeping your hands to yourself. Some lines should not be crossed for no reason at all.
